Hello! thank you for checking up. i am doing amazing and i hope you are too! I have been on track ever since and now it has become more like a way of life for me. I have lost 8 kgs and 5 inches since we last spoke and stopped on purpose since i didnt want to lose more. So i have been on maintenance since 2 months now (and yes, have developed abs as well!)
